ข้อสอบ IELTS หรือ International English Language Testing System เป็นข้อสอบวัดระดับภาษาเพื่อใช้ในการศึกษาต่อ โดยจะมีคะแนนเต็ม 9.0 สถาบันการศึกษาส่วนมากมีเกณฑ์อยู่ที่ 6.0 - 6.5 แต่ในระดับปริญญาโทที่เน้นด้านภาษา เช่น Linguistics หรือ Journalism บางสถาบันอาจต้องการคะแนนสูงถึง 7.0 - 7.5
